Return on investment of Raman instrumentation in upstream bioprocessing

They say everything is bigger in Texas. When it comes to calibration services – that is certainly true. In early 2022, Endress+Hauser’s Houston campus welcomed a new flow calibration rig to the existing fleet. The rig is available to service our customers’ flowmeters, including those from third-party vendors, and has expanded line size and flowrate capabilities.
We are proud to offer accredited calibration both in the lab and onsite, to help customers stay in compliance while reducing costs and increasing uptime. The Houston Campus, which now hosts the new flow rig, is ISO 17025 accredited. The Houston team has been providing flow, temperature and pressure calibration services since it opened in 2020. However, the new rig expands flow capabilities to 12” line size and 1,750 gallons per minute and can now service Coriolis, (standard and premium cal), electromagnetic, vortex, ultrasonic in-line, and ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeters.
The Houston facility is also offering expedited calibration turn times for certain applications. This includes 24-hour or 3-day expedited calibration returns for customers who need quick response for critical applications.
