The customers we work with are commonly responsible for the full range of instrumentation and valves at their site, and Miller Mechanical team members provide them with support to help select and purchase the right equipment for them. Behind the scenes, Miller Mechanical has a large team of Inside Sales Engineers and Service Technicians capable of providing fast support to questions and issues both remotely and on-site.
Can you describe the steps you take in order to build and maintain your relationship with customers?
Miller Mechanical has and continues to build relationships with customers by solving their most difficult process measurement and control issues. The team strives to provide a quote within 24-48 hours, and further support customers with startup and troubleshooting. Miller Mechanical wants to earn their customers’ trust through our technical expertise and reliability. Once they have established a relationship with a customer, they work hard to remain a reliable partner who provides consistent support.
