How can we operate more sustainably? This is a question many families, companies, and nations are asking today. Green hydrogen is one important solution to the worlds need for clean and safe energy. That’s why we are proud to support the Green Hydrogen Coalition.

So what is green hydrogen and why does it matter?
The GHC defines green hydrogen as, “Hydrogen produced from non-fossil-fuel feedstocks and emits zero or de minimis* greenhouse gas emissions on a lifecycle basis.” It can be produced using renewable energy sources, through means such as electrolysis. Hydrogen fuel has been referred to as the “Swiss Army Knife” for hard-to-decarbonize industrial sectors such as agriculture, steel manufacturing, and cement production, and even aviation. Since it’s only byproduct is water, oxygen, and heat, it’s considered a clean energy source.
Who is the GHC?
The GHC is the only 501c3 educational nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing green hydrogen adoption at scale. As a Champion Circle sponsor of the GHC, we plan to help build top-down momentum for scalable projects that leverage multi-sector opportunities to simultaneously scale supply and demand.
Founded in 2019, their work entails education, coalition building and market development with the mission to “facilitate policies and practices to advance the production and use of green hydrogen in all sectors where it will accelerate the transition to a carbon free energy system.”
